It is not always easy to manage people. People tend to have their own habits and preferences and ways into reacting things, and there’s not one right way that applies to communicating with everybody.

This is the conceptual art from a plan we made for a big corporation’s educational program. The game is designed to help new managers learn to communicate with their employees in the most motivational and efficient way. It takes the different personality types into consideration and builds the situations on the previous communication that has taken place within the game. Among others it presents a special method we call antiburger tactics.
